Refund & Cancellation Policy

SFB Media provides website design, AI growth system and Pinterest marketing services. Because every project involves real time and work from the moment it starts, our refund terms are based on project stage rather than a fixed return window.

Deposits

Website and AI growth system projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project slot and begin work — typically 50% of the package price. This covers planning, setup and early design work, and is not refundable once work has commenced, including if you decide not to proceed after the project has started.

One-off website projects

If you cancel before any design or development work has started, your deposit will be refunded in full less a small administration fee. Once design work has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable. The remaining balance is due on completion, before the site goes live or final files are handed over.

Monthly Pinterest marketing packages

Pinterest Growth and Pinterest Scale packages are billed monthly with a minimum 3-month commitment, reflecting the time it takes for Pinterest strategy to show results. You can cancel at any time after the minimum term with 14 days' written notice. We don't offer refunds for work already completed within a billing month, but we won't bill you for any further months after a valid cancellation.

If we can't deliver

If we're unable to deliver the agreed work for reasons within our control, you'll receive a full or partial refund for any undelivered portion of the project, assessed in good faith based on work completed to that point.

Revisions and scope changes

Each package includes an agreed number of revision rounds. Requests that fall outside the original project scope (extra pages, new features, additional design directions) may be quoted separately rather than treated as a refund or dispute matter.

How to request a cancellation or refund

Email us at contact@sfbmedia.com.au with your project details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days and will work with you in good faith to resolve any concerns before a project reaches a dispute.
